The staff were fantastic - we arrived on an overnight train in the morning. The gentleman on duty saw we were tired and facilitated a very early check in (10am), we were very grateful. When were were leaving I was trying to figure out the best way to Beauvais Airport as I was getting conflicting information online, the lady at reception went out of her way to try help but ran into the same road blocks. She told us to go enjoy our day and the information would be at reception once we got back and sure enough she had written directions and print outs with a map waiting for us when we got back. The location was fantastic - 2 metro stations within walking distance and 20 mins be metro to all major attractions. There is a cool little pub a few doors up on the other side of the road Les Noctambules Du Globe, we wandered in and had a great time even though our French is non-existent the locals were very nice and happy to have a conversation. The area itself is very lively with plenty of eating and night options.

Awesome location only 5 mins walk from some busy, cool streets with a vibe and great mix of bars, cafes, restaurants and pubs. The room was spacious for a couple, having a big bed, desk and small couch. The bathroom was small, but clean and comfortable. No complaints here. It was extra expensive given the Olympics were on, but having stayed in three different areas of Paris in this time, this was our favourite location.

I got a room with the windows to the inner Yard, so I had no issue with street noise. The room was kind of funny decorated, but very practical. The tv worked with the remote. Also the bath and toilet worked very well and where clean. The breakfast was very good too, continental and english breakfast. The times for the breakfast where very generous from 7 to 11. One great plus was the aircon in the summer.

The location is great, a 15 minute walk or short ride on the Metro from Gare du Nord, and there are plenty of nice cafe's, restaurants, and bars within a short walk. I had a rear facing room overlooking a small courtyard, at first I thought this was a negative but in hindsight it meant the room was very quiet. The room was quiet small but it had everything you needed apart from maybe a fridge.

The room was very small and I could not get into the shower by passing the door, as I am restricted in walking. With our booking, we announced that I am handicapped but do not need a handicap room. We could change the room, and it was much better. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and tasty, unfortunately, the area was small and crowded.
